Doing business with Okomu

We are committed to developing sustainable agriculture in Edo State and work in close collaboration with our 7 major palm oil stakeholders to achieve this. Our major stakeholders include producers, processors or traders, consumer goods manufacturers, retailers, bankers/investors, communities, contractors, and NGO’s.

As part of our Company’s commitment to sustainable agriculture, we obtained ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and RSPO:2020 certifications for the quality of our products, the health and safety of our stakeholders and environmental sustainability.

If so, then bearing in mind our business transaction philosophy is appropriate: “If you can provide our Company with the best quality, the best product and the best service at the best price, then the business is yours”.

The procedure for registering as a supplier or contractor is as follows:

  • Download the registration criteria.
  • Download the free ontractor’s or supplier’s registration form.
  • Complete the respective form and attach all relevant documentation requested (e.g.: VAT registration, TIN, articles of association of the company, photograph of applicant).
  • Send the completed form and attached documents to mdsec@okomunigeria.com or drop it off at the post box at the Company’s main gate, addressed to the Managing Director.

Once registered, you will be duly informed by the Company.

Visitors to Okomu and those wishing to do business with Okomu are required to always comply with its RSPO and ISO standards.

Be aware that the Company will NOT normally approach your company to supply them with any services or goods. It is up to you to inform the Company what you can do or supply to the Company.
